Training Resources for Peak Performance

     Managing for Productivity

Managing for Productivity is a ten module management and supervisory skill training program.  The program uses written materials, CD's, video, case studies and on-the-job application to ensure behavior change in program participants.  The first five modules of the Managing for Productivity program form a solid foundation for any manager, supervisor or team leader.  These five modules are always included in the program.  Clients may choose from any of the additional modules to complete their ten module program.  Glick Training Associates can either conduct the training for your organization or can certify your "in-house" trainers to deliver the program.

Measuring Behavior Change is done through a pre and post training multi-rater assessment.  Current competencies in each program area are measured using feedback from the participant, the person they report to, their peers and their direct reports or team members.
